Belleville Shoe Manufacturing Company Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the boots you purchased directly from us and would like a refund, return them unused to Belleville Shoe within 30 days and we'll refund 100% of the price of the boots, excluding any shipping charges. For exchanges, we will pay to have a new pair shipped to you, but we will not reimburse you for the shipping cost to return the original pair. Belleville Shoe will not issue any refunds or exchanges on boots that show any signs of wear or are altered in any way from their original condition.

Belleville Shoe Manufacturing Company guarantees its boots to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If a defect in materials and/or workmanship occurs within the one year period, Belleville Shoe will, at its option, either repair or replace the boots.

All footwear should be returned to the place of purchase with a dated sales receipt. If the boots were purchased from Belleville Shoe direct, footwear should be returned with postage prepaid. COD shipments will NOT be accepted.

Please note: Belleville boots issued to you or purchased from a store must be returned to that issuing or selling agent and are subject to that agent's return policy.

Our Return Policy Does Not Include the Following

• Boots that show signs of normal wear and tear or are damaged due to excessive wear
• Boots damaged by improper boot maintenance or lack of maintenance
• Boots that are of an incorrect size, but have been worn
• Boots returned after the return / warranty period
