With every pair of boots we ship we offer this pledge. If for any reason our boots don't live up to your expectations, return them unused within 30 days and we'll refund 100% of the price of the boots. Should a defect in materials or workmanship occur within one year from date of purchase, we'll repair or replace the boots.

Please note however, Belleville boots issued to you or purchased from a store must be returned to that issuing or selling agent and are subject to that agent's return/exchange policy.
